I normally take calls Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm, if you wish to contact me outside this time, please email me.

Over the Christmas period, I will not be open/ taking calls on the following days:

• Monday 26th December
• Tuesday 27th December
• Saturday 31st December
• Sunday 1st January

Calls to mobile phones may be expensive - please check with your service provider if calling internationally.

Christmas delivery times...

For orders of cables and adapters, the last order date to guarantee delivery for Christmas is Sunday 18 December by 3pm. This is subject to the ordered item being in stock - please call if you want to make sure.

For orders of modified webcams, the last order date to guarantee delivery for Christmas is Thursday 15 December by 3pm. This is subject to the ordered item being in stock - please call if you want to make sure.

If you would like your dSLR camera modified and returned in time for Christmas you must book the job by Thursday 15 December by 3pm and put your camera in the post using the Post Office's Special Delivery service to arrive with me on Friday 16 December by 1pm. This is subject to the filter required to modify your camera being in stock - again, please call if you want to make sure.

For orders of new dSLR cameras the last order date to guarantee delivery for Christmas is Sunday 18 December by 3pm. This is subject to the ordered item being in stock - please call if you want to make sure.

Orders received over the Christmas period will be dealt with as soon as we re-open and sent out as quickly as possible, though there may be some delay.
